Customer Service / Software Support

At MyFBO.com we are looking for the right person to join our small, friendly, customer support team. MyFBO.com provides aviation management software as a monthly online service to subscribers, and an integral part of that service is providing excellent, personalized support to subscriber questions about setting up the software initially and using the software on a daily basis. Support is provided by phone and through an online support ticket system.

Skills required for this position include:

  • Excellent verbal / phone skills
  • Good writing skills, including the ability to provide clear instructions in a logical, step-by-step manner
  • Better than average computer skills, including use of Internet Explorer (and other popular web browsers), Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to use provided documentation and experience gained daily to become an expert user of our software in order to better support subscribers
  • Once familiar with the software, the maturity and confidence to discuss the product with prospective subscribers and recommend solutions for their operations

Experience Desired

  • Previous customer support experience
  • Experience supporting software as a service
  • Aviation experience of any kind is a plus

Salary

Commensurate with experience.
