How It Works:

Using the MyFBO.com Advanced Edition, it works automatically.  When a flight is checked in or a transaction created, you select credit card or e-check payment during receipt preparation.  The card type and number are key-entered, or swiped using an optional magnetic stripe reader.

When a card or check is run, you know immediately whether it was approved or declined.  If approved, the transaction is included in a nightly batch, and funds deposited to your bank account.  Unless you specify otherwise, the customer's credit card or checking account information is saved for possible future transactions.

You can also use a capture pad to digitize your customers' signatures, store them with the transaction, and include them on customer receipts.
